Welcome to Stitch with Gaani. By enrolling in a course or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Your enrolment
When you enrol, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the course for your own learning, for as long as we offer it. Please keep your account details private — the course is for you, not for sharing.

What's not allowed
The lessons, videos, patterns and materials are the intellectual property of Stitch with Gaani. You may not copy, record, download for redistribution, resell, or share the content publicly or with others. Doing so may end your access without a refund.

Your account
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.

Learning outcomes
We teach the craft with care and share the methods Gaani uses. Your results depend on your own practice — we can't guarantee a specific skill level or income from what you learn.

Availability
We aim to keep the site and courses running smoothly, but we can't promise they'll always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add to, or occasionally retire content.

Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout in the store's currency. Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
